We currently offer five products: Original Marinara (24 oz), Meat Sauce (24 oz), Vodka Mascarpone™ (16 oz), Pizza Sauce (16 oz), and Rub It Seasoning (4 oz). Each is crafted in small batches using premium ingredients.

Are your sauces made without added sugar?

Yes — all of our pasta sauces are made with no added sugar. We let the natural sweetness of vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh ingredients do the work.

Are your products gluten-free?

Our sauces do not contain gluten-containing ingredients, but they are produced in a facility that may also process other products. If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, please review the full ingredient list on each label or contact us before purchasing.

Does the Vodka Mascarpone™ sauce contain alcohol?

The Vodka Mascarpone™ sauce is made with vodka as part of the recipe. The cooking process reduces the alcohol content significantly, but trace amounts may remain. If you have concerns about alcohol content, please contact us before purchasing.

What is the shelf life of your sauces?

Our sauces are shelf-stable and have a best-by date printed on each jar. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5–7 days for best quality.

Do I need to refrigerate the sauce before opening?

No — our sauces are shelf-stable and can be stored at room temperature until opened. After opening, transfer any unused portion to an airtight container and refrigerate.

What can I use Rub It Seasoning on?

Rub It is incredibly versatile — it's great on beef, pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables. Just rub it on before grilling, roasting, or pan-searing for a bold, well-rounded flavor.

Albanese's Finest is proudly based in Western New York. Our products are crafted in small batches with a focus on quality and flavor — the same care you'd put into a homemade sauce.

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders under $30 ship for $8.95. Orders between $30 and $74.99 ship for $10.95. Orders of $75 or more ship FREE anywhere in the contiguous United States.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Add $75 or more of products to your cart and free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Bundles are a great way to hit that threshold and save on shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally take 3–7 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@albanesesfinestsauces.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on any food items. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us at info@albanesesfinestsauces.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.

We do not offer refunds on food products except in cases of damage, spoilage, or order error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern and we will do our best to make it right.

Albanese's Finest was founded in 2019 by Darrin Albanese in Western New York. What started as a family recipe shared with friends and neighbors quickly grew into a brand built on the belief that great sauce shouldn't come with a compromise.
