How It Started
Roots in the Kitchen
I grew up in a big Italian family on my dad's side that ran a local Italian restaurant for many years and also greenhouses that grew tomatoes for Hunt's back in the day! I worked at both the restaurant and greenhouses when I was younger and learned a lot about cooking from family during that time. Our "Original Marinara" recipe was based on the way my mother and father taught me when I was young.

The Dream
Made Real by Family
After years of encouragement from friends, family and most of all, the inspiration from my daughter Kaleigh Nicola, I finally made this dream a reality in 2019. I'm sure you'll be delighted with the mellow flavors and fresh taste our sauces have to offer! They are smooth, not chunky or watered down. We use real ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fresh onion & garlic with no added sugar! True, authentic Italian sauces!
